Align anyone?
Just wondering if anyone has been taking a product called align? It's a probiatic supposed to be for digestive health. I wanted to know if it was successful in treating D/IBS? Anyone hear of it or have experience with it?

Yes, I have heard a lot about Align. One of the things to be careful is that the manufacturer is a huge company, so their marketing and test studies might be a little skewed to one side. I have not taken it. I have another topic on this forum on probiotics.
I can't tell you how much FLORASTOR has helped me. You REALLY notice a difference in the first 2 weeks, I can't live without it. I've tried others such as Culturelle and even all those yogurts which for me didn't help that much.
Curious to see if others on this site have noticed help from ALIGN. There are so many strands of probiotics out there that you need to experiment and find the right one for you.
