Hope is of no use unless you back it up with ACTION. You can hope that things will improve... it keeps you sane when IBS continually bashes you... but without some action hope is powerless.
There is NO cure for IBS, but that does not mean hopelessness.
You CAN get rid of all IBS symptoms by changing your diet.
YES you will need to take action and do something.
YES I can tell you what to do.
You even have a choice EASY or PALEO...

It would be fun if we had inspirational IBS quotes! I bet you there was a poet or philosopher with IBS!! LOL!
