- Im quiet, a workaholic not by choice and i have panic attack problems that i seem to have no control over. I love nature and animals being with my plants and my snoopy (my beagle) seem to put me at peace, im in a 5 year relationship with my boyfriend kyle who i love to death!

- sence i can remember ive had stomach problems,including cramps so bad i get chills headaches and immediately need a bathroom and it ruins the rest of my week and lactose int. but until 4 months ago i never had a real IBS attack i was in so much pain i couldnt move and severe nausea/D. which sent me to the hospital for a week, to do every test known to man pretty much and after all that still in pain i was told nothings wrong with me!.... i got released then i went straight the same day to a gastro. doctor who then had me do one last lower bowel test ..which came out negative and therefore i got diagnosed with IBS-D.. and finally put on bentyl after the most painfull week in my life!

- Most embarassing IBS moment:
- At my boyfriends house is always the most embarassing moment everytime i get that gut feeling i know i need a bathroom .. It is very hard to hold my bowels, ive never had a accident but very close, so i run to his bathroom.. im embarrassed to myself if that makes sence .. to myself i think i cant belive im 21 and have a hard time holding it!
- How do you do treat your IBS?
- Bentyl, zoloft or lexapro im trying them out, align probiotics, skipping my period, being on a somewhat vegan/vegatarian diet.

hello, i just had some questions about my IBS-D if anyone here has this happen to them so i know im not the only one....well when i get attacks after i run to the bathroom and have a painfull b/m attack, when i get attacks i get terrible headaches and get dizzy and shaky like and feel like passing out i almost feel as if i got the flu or somthing like that ..it always happens only when i get horrible ibs-d attacks.... does this happen to anyone eles here??? please let me know .. i feel like im c… Continue

Hi everyone , i just discovered this site yesterday i love it. it helps to read and relate to everyone here, my doc. said i need to go see a Psychiatrist due to my uncontrolled panic attacks due to my IBS-D.. I take probiotics. Florastor works REALLY well. Have you tired that? Also, diet is important. Look up the Paleo Diet, it really is an amazing diet. Lots of info on Google and around here as well. Feel better! Glad you are on this site!
