- About 7 years... not known about it all that time though... only 4 years
- When did you realize you had IBS?
- after a Laproscopy appendectamy (appendix removal) and being sent back to hospital countless times in the following months
- Most embarassing IBS moment:
- in the middle of serving a customer, having to drop everything and make a dash for the ladies.........
- How do you do treat your IBS?
- Immodium tablets and IBS tablets, heat patches - when at work or on the go. Oherwise - a hot water bottle, resting, drinking hot water, walking (a steady pace) cider vinegar (5ml).
