I will read the article but I do like the idea of just being able to take powders or a tablet. You can buy psyllium husks as a tablet. How much do you need to take though? Or how much broth! ?
Why don't you try the Paleo diet? I am and IBS D sufferer, I've been doing the diet for 2 weeks. Pretty much symptom free. Just go once or twice first thing.
On the box it is recommended two teaspoons twice a day for the first two weeks, then one teaspoon twice a day. I only take one teaspoon once a day.
I am already taking psyllium husks in the Lepicol I take.
