- When you get severe colon spasms out in public and the pain is SO unbearable that all you can do is bend over in pain. Its so bad that you cant move, or breathe half of the time. People look at you like "What the crap is her issue" lol
- How do you do treat your IBS?
- I take anti-spasmodics for the severe colon spasms that I have, and from time to time I have to take a pretty good bit of stool softners because I also take medication for depression which makes my symptoms worse at times.
