Since I was about 13, so roughly 10 years.

When did you realize you had IBS?

About 4 years ago

Most embarassing IBS moment:

Not had any so far - only because I tend to lock myself in my house when I have an 'attack'. I get lots of pain before any other stuff happens so I get a sort of warning I guess.

How do you do treat your IBS?

I just live with it, which is very frustrating. Doctors don't seem willing to offer any support and keeping a food diary hasn't seemed to pin point any dietary triggers.
