Ty said… - Uh, it's just called the SCD diet. There's a book on it called Breaking the Vicious Cycle. Really, the diet has practically cured me. However, it is rather hard to follow because sugars, grains, dairy, starches, and basically most food is unedible. Anyway, it's also a treatment for Crohn's Disease which might be what I have over IBS, but I most likely have IBS. Anyway, I hope for the best.
