- I am ruled by my belly and my activity is rather home based.
I read, paint, love Ball jointed dolls and dream of being better.
I am 37 going on about 10 since thats as I feel and yes I do play with dolls, they never ask when it's due on a bad belly day!
- Occupation/Work:
- Had to give up my business in arts and fashion recently.
- What do you do for fun?
- Erm...I wear loose clothing and take lots of baths.And dolls....did I mention dolls? I like looking at the art of Hans Bellmer. Oh and I also have a massive diverse music and book collection.
- How long have you lived with IBS?
- Around 6 years but perhaps longer in retrospect, severe symptoms for 2 years.
- When did you realize you had IBS?
- 4 years ago.
- Most embarassing IBS moment:
- I was serving a customer in my former boutique and didn't make the loo on time so just continued and then ran out the back to clean up and felt so ashamed that I just had to go home.
- How do you do treat your IBS?
- I have a very limited diet of mainly proteins and leafy vegetables like spinach and Bok Choy.
I have recently embarked on a combo of natural remadies including Threelac as I believe there is an underlying yeast overgrowth.I am considering an anti depressant at the minute.

Hi,
I chose this name as I am so horrified by the belly bloat that comes with IBS for me. I have gone from being a confident Circus performer and very social woman to a hermit and today I had to leave this house and yes,it happened, the dread belly swell.
I was actually off to see a healer who is both spiritual and a herbalist. The herbalist is new to me and when I walked in she assumed I was pregnant. Afterwards I stopped at a quaint Aussie pub to eat and a woman started chatting and mentioned… Continue
