Today and yesterday have been pretty bad in terms of ibs attacks.Yesterday i followed my usual diet i have been sticking to the last couple of months (consisting of oats, egg white, mushrooms, tomatoes, oat milk, rice krispies, apple, melon, quinoa.. etc) and whilst still getting the bloating, constipation, stomach cramps and abdominal pain, hadn't been experiencing so many attacks of distension and gas.. and low and behold my ibs went and randomly flared up :( and looked like this..…
