What do you do for fun?

I like walking my dogs and playing with them, shopping, music of all genres, cooking, movies - all the normal things really :)

How long have you lived with IBS?

I was diagnosed at around 13 but have had symptoms from as far as i cna remember.

When i was around 13

Most embarassing IBS moment:

Wow.... there are so many!!! Im sure u can all remember the times when ur in a public toilet cubicle trying to be as quiet as possible but ur ass is not playing the game! And the wierd looks when u come out likr ur an alien or somehting :(

How do you do treat your IBS?

Well i have tried many things, i also have anxiety related to IBS which is being treated with anti-depressants which in turn seems to be helping the IBS heaps! But im due to have cognitive behaviour therapy to control the anxiety because i dont wanna be taking pills for the rest of my life! And at the moment im trying all foods to see what are triggers
