- How do you do treat your IBS?
- Stay away from a good amount of sugar. I stopped eating too much food at one time. Stress is also a big factor that I can't really help though. College does that to you.

I'm really glad this site exists.
I'm never open about my IBS, except for family and my boyfriend. This is an awesome way to be open about our problems and help each other out. This is such an embarrassing topic for me. But, I feel comfortable here. I'm glad more people are joining.
